The OECD Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI) has partnered with the Global Institute of Creative Thinking (GIoCT) to equip educators with the tools to foster creativity and critical thinking in the classroom. Together, they have developed a Professional Learning initiative comprising eight flexible modules, 64 activities, and a comprehensive toolkit with over 100 resources, including lesson plans.
This collaboration supports local adaptation and implementation, empowering teachers and school leaders to enhance teaching strategies, enrich student learning, and better prepare learners for a globalized workforce. Through this partnership, they aim to drive educational transformation and cultivate the next generation of creative and critical thinkers.

The UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) is a specialized agency established by UNESCO to advance the innovative use of ICT in education.
Based in Moscow, Russia, the institute supports member states in shaping policies and building capacities for ICT integration in education. Its work encompasses research, advocacy for technology-enhanced pedagogy, promoting digital skills among teachers, sharing best practices, fostering inclusive education, and forging partnerships to advance educational objectives aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4).
